Job Description
- Monitor and coordinate closely all M&E works and other related trade on site.
- Ensure the services, materials and workmanship complies with client\'s requirement.
- Liaise and coordinating with the Employer\'s Representative on the M&E matters.
- To assists the project manager on the M&E testing and commissioning of the project and review all testing and approved testing data.
- Prepared submission for approval for shop drawing , requested for information (RFI) , Method Statement and all report related to M&E work to Consultant. Also Prepared all letter to subcontractor related to M&E works.
- Supervising and controlling the direct labors and subcontractor\'s work and for completion of the respective facilities in his discipline within the planned schedule.
- Undertaking inspection of work at appropriate stages to ensure conformance to specification.
- Identifying and reporting any incidence of non-conformance to either specification or system.
- Preparation Reflected Ceiling Plan drawing for construction.
