Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all construction activities at the worksite.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including safety, quality, and productivity.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle punch list review and follow up for its closure.
- Accessing customer portal for punch list management.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or related field.
- Have a personal laptop for accessing the customer portal.
- Knowledge of 33KV Ring Main Unit, Transformers, and Busway.
- Knowledge of SE Equipment added advantage.
