Job Description
Candidate Requirements
Education
Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience
Relevant experience in electrical engineering, including experience in a leadership or managerial capacity. Experience supporting or managing electrical systems within data centre or similarly complex critical facilities environments. Experience leading technical teams and supporting continuous or shift-based operations.
Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of data centre electrical infrastructure, including power distribution systems, UPS, generators, and switchgear. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical and operational issues.
Skills & Capabilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. Strong planning, coordination, and decision-making skills in operational environments.
Professional Certifications
Professional Engineer (PE) licence or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
