• To support Facility Management Team, leading a 24/7 operation team, organize and implement a comprehensive maintenance program of all mechanical and electrical installation.
• Utilities set-up, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation are managed systemically and run in optimum operating condition and in cost effective manner.
• Administration of 24/7 M&E operation team consists of Chargeman/Technician on daily operation job function.
• Plan & execute Energy Conservation and Environmental improvement activities.
• Works closely with (EHS) in ensuring safe works practice.
• Support audits activities i.e., ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 etc.
• To works closely with GR team (Global Real-estate) on related matters.
• Plan, approval process, executing new related project.
• Budget planning Overhead, BAU, MAE etc.
• Develop and maintain records and reports i.e., preventive maintenance activities, equipment's master list etc.

• Must have relevant Certificate of Electrical HT Chargeman BO (11Kv or 33Kv).
• Required 8-10 years' experience in Facility Maintenance operation.
• Good Knowledge and Exposure of Facility process, procedures, and technology.
• Computer literate, power point, excel, words, Auto-Cad will be an added advantage.
• Self-driven leadership, Independent, strong interpersonal communication, analytical problem-solving skills, self-motivated person, result oriented & team player.
