Job Description
THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN TELOK PANGLIMA GARANG, SELANGOR DARUL EHSAN. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and direct all activities of electrical and instrumentation personnel to ensure maximum utilization of resources to ensure good support to meet production and operational goals. Responsible for servicing, calibrating, repairing and maintaining the chiller, telephone system, air-conditioning, weighbridge, lighting and PLC Control System. Maintain proper records of all electrical and instrument servicing, inspection calibration repair and maintenance work and have such records/register made available for perusal if required. To assist the Head of the Department in compiling data and reports and in the maintenance of ISO 9001:2015. To compile data and reports on electricity consumption and plant downtime arising from electrical and instrumentation problems. To draw up preventive maintenance policies and schedules for all electrical equipment and instruments. To mobilize manpower to support plant equipment installation, modifications, repairs and start-ups. JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of working experience. Knowledgeable in PLC Control Systems. Knowledgeable in plant instrument / electrical equipment. Experience in SAP systems would be an added advantage.
