Job Description

1. Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute all mechanical and electrical works at the project site to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality requirements, safety standards, and project timelines.

2. Key Responsibilities

Review M&E drawings, specifications, and construction plans. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project team for technical matters. Prepare method statements, work schedules, RFI, and technical submissions. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Building Services, or related fields. Minimum

2-5 years

experience in construction M&E works. Experience in high-rise / commercial / industrial projects is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV). Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site coordination tools.

Soft Skills

Good communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving ability. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good teamwork and leadership towards site workers/subcontractors.

3. Working Conditions

Based at project site. Extended working hours may be required depending on project progress.
