This company is a household brand in the F&B industry. They are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in their Melaka manufacturing plant.
You will be responsible to:
- Schedule operations of plant equipment, utilities & systems
- Upkeep equipment/machineries in optimum & systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner & to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain & assist in enforcement of safety for all maintenance department, review safety record to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
- Draft of maintenance schedule for all machines in the plant and ensure that the preventive maintenance is carried out as scheduled.
- Oversee repair of damaged machineries as and when necessary
- Planning of facilities & machineries - Planning & implementing plant improvements & expansions, plan for machineries expansion/investment, discuss and attend to new machineries installation.
- Improvement of efficiency/guide on engineering issue- train, equip & motivate subordinate to ensure accomplishment of maintenance program in a safe, timely & cost-effective manner.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Experienced in wiring, PLC operating, Internal audit, communication, documentation and reporting.
