Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with expertise in machinery electrical systems, motherboards, and general electrical connections within the industrial textile manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree, coupled with significant hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, to ensure the optimal functioning of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

Machinery Electrical Systems:

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical components of machinery used in industrial textile production. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with machinery.

Motherboard Maintenance:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and replacements of electronic components, including motherboards, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and control panels. Stay updated on the latest advancements in motherboard technology to enhance equipment efficiency.

General Electrical Connections:

Oversee the installation and maintenance of general electrical connections throughout the factory premises. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for all electrical installations.

Full Factory Maintenance:

Develop and implement a comprehensive electrical maintenance schedule for the entire factory. Collaborate with other maintenance and production teams to coordinate preventive and corrective measures. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in electrical systems and suggest upgrades as needed.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, applying quick and effective solutions to minimize production downtime. Maintain a system for on-call availability to address electrical emergencies outside regular working hours.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in electrical maintenance within the industrial textile manufacturing industry. In-depth knowledge of machinery electrical systems, motherboards, and general electrical connections. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols for electrical installations. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial textile manufacturing setting.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
