Willing to travel
Experience in designing cable size, specification, voltage drop, cable containment sizing, and Single Line Diagram.
Proficient in AutoCAD for coordination drawing for site installation and shop drawing submission.
Experience with Method of Statement & Material submission, document tracking.

Responsibilities
1) Manage construction / projects documentation works, specifically electrical works & ELV works
2) Plan material requirements (technical compliance, approval, delivery, etc)
3) Submit progress claims, RFI, method statement, progress report & others neccesary project document
4) Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
5) Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
6) Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and consultant to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

Monday - Friday: 8.00am to 6pm
