Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in the planning and coordination of project development works from conceptualization, design and construction to completion within the established budget, schedule and quality standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involve in the design, cost estimation and procurement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, local authorities, sub\xe2\x80\x90contractors, suppliers, etc to ensure the quality of work is up to specified requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend all Client, consultant, or sub\xe2\x80\x90contractor meetings as required to ensure the successful delivery of the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend commercial/budget meetings as necessary such as tender interviews, cost\xe2\x80\x90cutting workshops, and value engineering meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 Report and escalate to management as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Project Management (in the construction industry) \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel and possess own transport. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Word processing software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft \xe2\x80\xa2 Project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English \xe2\x80\xa2 Multi\xe2\x80\x90tasking, problem\xe2\x80\x90solving skills and being a team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Electrical & ELV design for building construction works.
