Requirements

Good team spirit, self-motivated and able to work independently. Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD. Willing to work long hours. Preferably with 10 years of working experience in the construction industry. Language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage)

Experience

Electrical construction industries: 10 years (Required)

Responsibility

To monitor and control project schedule and project budget for the department. To lead team members in ensuring effective implementation of projects so that budget, time frame and quality standards are met. To ensure engineers control and monitor the works to ensure that the works achieved the required quality. To ensure engineers control and monitor the works to ensure that the completion targeted time frame is met. To supervise, train and control Project Engineers. To plan out monthly activities to ensure optimal usage of materials, & manpower. To maintain good rapport with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and related parties. To ensure all operating procedure relating to project management and project implementation are implemented in accordance to Quality, Safety and Environment Standards and clients' requirement. To ensure all responsibilities executed by team members follow the code of ethics and guidelines governed by the company. To ensure the preparation of all types of monthly report. To perform regular visits to project sites (Management Inspection and Review).
