Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (Civil or M&E) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years\' relevant working experience in the property development/ construction industry.
- Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Assist the Project Manager, Site Engineer and Construction Manager in the overall site activities
- Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Attend site meetings
- To prepare daily site reports & submit to head office weekly, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements
- Responsible for coordinating and proactive supervision on site including site progress, sub-contractor\'s performance and site organization
- To be responsible for supervision and inspection of work sites to ensure projects are constructed according to schedule.
- To record and control material usage, site material planning or transfer at the site
- To perform quality control for assigned projects and ensure that defective works are properly rectified with contractors\' claims meticulously verified.
- To ensure compliance to safety procedures at the site.
- To ensure overall project activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
- Base in Melaka.
