Key Responsibilities / Job Scope (Updated)

Receive incoming materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers; check quantity and quality against delivery orders/invoices. Record all incoming and outgoing materials accurately in stock record / system / Excel. Issue materials to site teams according to approved material request forms (MRF). Maintain proper labeling, stacking, and storage of electrical materials (cables, breakers, conduits, DBs, fittings, etc.). Keep daily stock updates and prepare inventory reports for management and project teams. Conduct regular stock counts (weekly/monthly) and report discrepancies immediately. Coordinate with the purchasing and project departments for material requests, shortages, and returns. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and tracked with a sign-in/out system. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the store area. Assist in arranging delivery of materials to site when required. Support admin duties related to inventory (e.g., filing DOs, invoices, PO copies, and material records). Repair and fix minor electrical materials and accessories (e.g., soldering LED strips, checking and repairing electrical components when faulty). Inspect and repair general items such as grills, small machines, or tools used for electrical works.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,000.00 per month
