The Job
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for the company's projects.
Will lead a team of electricians and contractors, ensuring all works are carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise all electrical installation, testing, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.
Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to electricians and contractors.
Ensure all electrical work complies with regulatory standards, safety codes, and internal policies.
Inspect electrical systems and equipment, troubleshoot faults, and ensure optimal functionality.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality work execution.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for accurate implementation.
Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports on site activities.
Maintain documentation related to electrical systems, maintenance records, and inspections.
Manage tools, equipment, and inventory required for electrical works.
Enforce safety practices and conduct regular safety briefings and audits.
The Candidate
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
Possession of a valid Electrical Competency Certificate (e.g., A2, A3, A4 or higher) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga is an added advantage.
At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in electrical project supervision or maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software is an advantage
Willing to work extended hours, including night shifts and weekends, as operational activities may occur outside mall operating hours.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documents.
Computer literate with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Must have own transport and be open to outstation travel.
Open to Malaysian citizens only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
