Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components, including wiring, fixtures, and appliances Planning, coordinating and organizing work and manpower across multiple live projects Providing specialized electrical services in the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical construction works Checking and interpreting plans, construction drawings and bill of quantities to ensure adequacy of materials and accuracy of work execution Applying extensive electrical expertise to day-to-day operations on-site Provide technical support and guidance to other maintenance staff or apprentices Proactively engaging with Project Managers on all live projects and identifying issues that could lead to problems and facilitate their solutions Liaising with all subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project, actively doing forward planning to ensure minimal disruption to timelines Adhering to the company's processes while having the flexibility to react to and deal with unexpected events Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and electrical hazards Keep abreast of developments in electrical technology, codes, and standards

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering and/or minimum of 5 years' experience in general construction with excellent hands-on construction skills CIDB green card holder, car driving license Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and works plans Experience in supervising electrical construction projects Strong operational and planning skills and an attention to detail Ability to work well on own initiative Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Excellent commercial acumen Strong personnel management skills to foster dedication and camaraderie Team player, adaptable & practical Able to speak, read and write in both English and Bahasa Melayu Willingness to travel whenever required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
