Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic, troubleshooting and repairing on the equipment or abnormalities.
Perform routine/scheduled preventive maintenance work according to checklist.
Perform corrective maintenance work.
Perform project upgrading and modifications as and when required.
Follow-up and monitor outsource contractor on the preventive maintenance work.
To carry out installation, commissioning and dismantling of equipment.
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
To suggest on improvement activities/action to ensure equipment operational efficiency.
To provide first level of support to site/car park.
Follow-up on all compliance guideline to ensure equipment operational efficiency.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Other duties that may be assigned by superior.

Pre-requisites Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in Engineering Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent.
Must be able to handle single and third phase electric wiring.
At least 5 years\' experience in related field.
Able to handle CCTV installation will be added advantage.
Able to work long hours (6 days a week) and comfortable to work on weekend and public holiday.
Possess own transport.
Energetic and high mobility.
