Job Description

1 - Support to Merchandising Activities (Main Responsibility):

Take full responsibility for supporting the company's merchandising setup and maintenance work across outlets.

This includes delivering and installing display fixtures, signage, and promotional materials, as well as carrying out electrical and mechanical installation tasks such as wiring, setting up lighting systems, repairing lightboxes, and ensuring all display-related equipment is properly connected and functioning.

The role requires frequent on-site work at various outlets and close coordination with the merchandising and project teams.

2 - Daily Operations & Equipment Monitoring:

Oversee and monitor the performance of outlet and facility equipment (including LV systems) to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

3 - Maintenance & Repair Work:

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance, including inspection, servicing, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.

4 - Contractor Coordination & Inspection:

Supervise and coordinate contractor maintenance and installation work; conduct technical inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and specifications.

5 - Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all electrical systems and installations comply with relevant regulations, and strictly follow company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Working Days:

5 working days per week. Work on weekends may be required depending on project or outlet needs.

Requirements

1 - Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

2 - Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in facility maintenance, electrical installation, or related technical fields.

3 - Possession of a GDL license and ability to drive a 3-ton lorry is an added advantage (not mandatory).

4 - Good communication skills in English and Malay.

5 - Independent, responsible, and able to handle on-site tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
