About the role:
As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility. You will play an essential role in ensuring that all electrical components and machinery operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

This position involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical faults, and assisting in equipment upgrades or modifications to improve reliability and productivity. The role also requires close collaboration with the maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and control panels to ensure smooth and reliable operation. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify, analyze, and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, and component failures in a timely manner. Installation & Calibration: Assist in the installation, wiring, and calibration of new machines, equipment, and electrical systems according to technical specifications. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety procedures and ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies and regulatory standards. Technical Support: Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support process improvements, system upgrades, and energy efficiency initiatives. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and technical documentation for all electrical systems.
Requirements

Possess a minimum of a certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field. At least minimum 2 years of working experience in electrical maintenance or equipment servicing within a manufacturing environment Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, control panels, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. Able to work collaboratively with maintenance, engineering, and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Troubleshooting Ability: Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
