Job Description

Accountabilities:

Perform routine service and maintenance of the equipment. Perform fault finding, troubleshooting, repair works, and parts replacement of the equipment. Attend breakdowns as reported on immediate basis. Prepare and submit service report, record servicing schedule, and liaise with clients on the status of the equipment. Ensure safety procedures and proper operating procedures of the equipment at all times. Perform electrical connections, testing, and commissioning of new equipment installation. Able to work independently and as a team during equipment installation and site works. Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the work site, factory facilities, and all equipment. Follow SOP and checklist during service and maintenance works. Perform on-site mechanical equipment installation. Carry out any other tasks assigned as and when required by superior.
Qualifications

Possess at least a Certificate in Electrical. Good knowledge on electrical wiring and reading electrical diagrams. Good knowledge of motor forward reverse control, relays, frequency converters, and PLC.
Other requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance jobs in the machinery industry. CIDB green is added advantage. Able to be on-call or standby during the weekend if required. Always on-time, honest, and work with minimal supervision. Possess own transport. Positive work attitude, self-initiative, and takes pride in work quality. 5 days work per week (Area: KL & Selangor).
