Electrical Technician
Job Description
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the related field.
Diploma/SPVM in electrical or equivalent academic experience.
Have excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ii. Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines/equipment
iii. Perform preventive maintenance checks
iv. Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
v. Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
vi. Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action
vii. Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance with the schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 60 months
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
