Job Details:

Position : Electrical Technician

Company Industry : Consumer Goods

Working Hours : Weekly Shift Rotation (7AM-3PM/3PM-11PM/11PM-7PM)

Working Location : Jalan Tandang, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable)

Remuneration : Salary RM2,500 - RM3,500 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution, leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

WHO CAN APPLY? * Diploma in electrical/electronics engineering or equivalent

• 3-5 working experience as Electrical Technician
• Able to work in shift environment and do overtime when required
• Self manage accommodation & transportation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure plant wide electrical preventive and predictive maintenance is scheduled and executed accurately by utilizing MAXIMO system
• Maintain high level SHE compliance in order to achieve zero hours lost time in 2015 due to accidents
• Prevent nonconformities in daily task by achieving "First Time Right ConceptaEUR in daily task. (Repeating breakdown target - 0 hours)
• Keep equipment maintenance activity logs, filing of documents and checklist all up to date in maintenance workshop.
• Continuously analyze and update equipment performance in collaboration with the technical assistants and operators during the shift to identify issue and improvement opportunities
• Lead team in troubleshooting and improvement activity on repetitive problem & downtime breakdown
• Update ECMMS promptly for all activity in the plant. No job should be carried out without a work order issued.
• Maintain and manage the spare part store with high security, by recording all part that are taken out and inform to technical specialist
• Organize & attend daily shift meeting with production supervisor/team leader and shift technician
• Prepare and deliver shift report
• Maintain cleanliness of the workshop in line with company housekeeping standard
• Support other function if required
