Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently.
• Knowledge of PLC, central system, hydraulic is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test and maintain electric or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and machine using hand tools and power tools
• Diagnose multifunctioning system, apparatus, components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problems
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers or to other components
• Inspect Electrical system, equipment, machine, and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
• Advice Manager/Engineer on whether continue operation of equipment could be hazardous
• Troubleshooting and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and machines based on job specification and local codes
• Maintain and repair electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or machine that involve electricity
• Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specification
• Provide assistance during emergencies
• Perform troubleshooting, routine service & repair
• Assist engineer to follow-up calibration for plant equipment
• Comply with maintenance and safety procedures and standard during work process
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for the different plant equipment and machineries
• Record any kind of maintenance issues and rectify IT based on work priority
• Perform and maintain work area clean and neat (5S)
• Follow ISO, GMP & HACCP policies, and procedures in the plant area.
• Perform all work in safe manner and fully comply with the Safe & Quality (GMP) policies and procedure of the company
