Electrical Trainer / Technical Trainer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical training on electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures. Prepare training modules, slides, manuals, and assessment materials. Train new hires, technicians, operators, and trainees on electrical basics and SOPs. Demonstrate correct methods for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. Ensure all training follows electrical safety standards and company regulations. Assess participant performance and provide feedback or retraining when needed. Support the development of competency frameworks and certification paths. Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports. Assist in creating or improving SOPs, WI (Work Instructions), and maintenance guidelines. Participate in internal audits and compliance updates when necessary.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience in electrical systems, maintenance, or industrial operations. Strong understanding of electrical safety, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Ability to design training modules and deliver technical content clearly. Good communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Knowledge of electrical drawings, schematics, and testing instruments.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,103.21 - RM8,006.65 per month
