Job Details

1. Responsible for checking on the lighting fixture and electrical switchboard on the daily routine for the entire plant and to clean when necessary. 
 
 
 
2. Responsible for attending and responding to the mill breakdown and supervisor requests. 
 
 
 
3. Responsible for planning out the maintenance and servicing of all electrical switchboards during mill stoppage. 
 
 
 
4. Responsible for ensuring the assistance from maintenance fitter to dismantle the faulty electric motor, send it for rewinding, and assemble it after repair. 
 
 
 
5. Responsible for the daily checking and record of the electrical meter usage in the record book. 
 
 
 
6. Responsible for assisting in the new electrical control system project. 
 
 
 
7. Responsible for checking and recording all magnet Gauss strength as and when required. 
 
 
 
8. Responsible for assisting in monthly fire fighting inspection with Pentronic (Alarm system, ensuring the pump in the pump hose is in good operation condition. 
 
 
 
9. Responsible to carry out the screw air compressor maintenance works.
