Coordinate and guide hardware implementation activities, including design, construction, testing, and operation of customer equipment.
Collaborate to meet agreed standards for quality, safety, and performance during on-site implementation processes.
Create plans, drawings, and specifications aligned with customer needs and contractual obligations.
Integrate electronic and mechanical components during installation of customer electro-mechanical systems.
Participate in cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess feasibility, and develop solutions that meet project needs.
Work primarily on-site with potential for flexible arrangements where feasible.
Share expertise in electro-mechanical systems or related fields and provide guidance to team members to foster growth.
Contribute to decision-making processes, anticipate dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, and propose improvements to enhance delivery and efficiency.
Actively participate in transversal projects and ensure accountability for team commitments.
Work independently within established plans, seeking guidance for highly complex situations when needed.
About the ideal candidate:
University degree in Engineering or a related field.
Previous airport experience is essential.
Background in baggage systems engineering is advantageous.
Hands-on experience in hardware engineering and electro-mechanical solutions.
Specialized technical and functional knowledge in electro-mechanical systems, especially airport customer self-service solutions.
Familiarity with Common Use Self Service (CUSS) and passenger processing systems.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
Works independently while collaborating effectively in complex scenarios.
