ASC Global, a leading independent distributor of electronic components since 1996, is expanding our international sales team. We are seeking a high-performance International Sales Representative who thrives in the fast-paced and highly competitive electronic components market.

We're expanding our Asia-facing broker team and are looking for

experienced electronic components sales professionals

based in

Malaysia

who know how to hunt, negotiate, and close in fast-moving global markets.

This is a

full-desk role

for people who already understand independent distribution, pricing pressure, and how to turn shortages into revenue.

What You'll Be Doing

Run your own high-activity, revenue-generating sales desk Drive new business with OEM, EMS, and MRO customers (international focus) Manage the full sales cycle: sourcing, pricing, negotiation, close, and follow-up Negotiate lead times, margins, and allocations in volatile markets Leverage supplier and manufacturer relationships in Malaysia and globally Track market intelligence (shortages, excess, EOL parts) Collaborate with global purchasing, sales, and operations teams Own your book of business like it's your own operation

What We're Looking For

4-6 years of experience

in: Electronic components

brokering / independent distribution

(required) Background as a

Sales Manager, Senior Sales Rep, or Broker

is ideal

Fluent English (spoken and written)

- daily communication with international clients Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals Strong negotiation skills and margin awareness Comfortable working across time zones and fast deal cycles Highly self-directed, disciplined, and commercially sharp CRM and spreadsheet proficiency Mandarin required; additional languages a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,800.00 - RM17,700.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
