We want you at our facility in Alor Setar.As an intern in the tire final finish area, he/she will undertake a predictive maintenance project focused on improving the reliability of critical electrical components such as contactors, motors, relays, drives, and computers. He/she primary responsibility will be to take daily thermographic readings of these components using a thermal imaging camera. By collecting this data, He/she will create thermographic graphs that visually represent temperature variations and potential hotspots over time. Analyzing these graphs will help he/she identify abnormal temperature trends indicative of impending failures. Based on the analysis, he/she will develop strategies to mitigate breakdowns, such as scheduling timely maintenance or replacing components before they fail.
