Job Responsibility To complete electrical wirings and connections of machines according to engineering drawings and instructions. To collect components and parts from various departments. To ensure correct components and parts are used on machines. To participate in 5S and take care of the components, parts, tools, and equipment entrusted to you. To participate in testing and troubleshooting of machines. To return excess components and parts to respective departments. To upgrade/modify/set the machine in and out of the factory as and when required. To follow instruction/assignments given by superior from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must posses at least a Graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin. Have experience working in the Final Assembly section. Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
