Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our

'Elite Development Programme'.

It is a specially designed programme in which you'll be taught on marketing skills and how to recommend takaful plans that match the needs of the clients. You will be guided step by step through this programme.

REQUIREMENTS :

Malay Qualification : SPM & Above Age : 23 - 35 years old Willing to learn Good Communication Skills Good Personality & Highly Disciplined Proficient in Malay & English Possess Own Transport Team Player

JOB SCOPE :

Establish a good relationship with clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling and referrals. Recommend wealth planning that fits clients' personal risk profiles. Educate clients on various types of takaful coverage and make recommendations based on their needs. Develop marketing strategies and promotes all types of takaful contracts.

BENEFITS :

Bonus of RM 4,000 to RM8,000 for you to grab by joining this programme.
