Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toService ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2 Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. xe2x80xa2 Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives. xe2x80xa2 Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization. xe2x80xa2 Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organizationQualifications for the role

• Fresh graduate as bachelorxe2x80x99s in electrical or maximum 1,5 years of working experience in relevant fields (recent graduates from 2023, 2024)
• You are highly skilled in understanding market trends and product life cycles in the electrification business.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in evaluate project requirements, cost estimation, proposal development to make sure itxe2x80x99s align with companyxe2x80x99s guideline
• You have the ability to collaborate effectively in a team to solve complex problems
• Willing to travel to different site locations
• Ability to drive is preferable
• You are at ease communicating in English
