This is a full-time on-site role for an ELV Project Manager located in Johor Bharu. We are seeking a candidate to oversee the coordination, installation, and implementation of ELV systems for our client. The role involves managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and working closely with contractors and suppliers to deliver top-quality ELV installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee ELV installation activities with contractors and suppliers.
Supervise onsite construction and ELV system installations.
Review and approve shop drawings and technical submittals to support construction and design development.
Oversee construction and commissioning progress to ensure adherence to project schedules.
Monitor construction quality and perform inspections of ELV installation works onsite.
Provide support in technical meetings and resolve issues related to construction and commissioning.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years experience in ELV system project management.
Good knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Public Address systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Knowledgeable in local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Ability to work on-site in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
