The role As the Email Marketing Automation Technical Support Specialist, this position are responsible to create enticing digital pieces and communication campaigns.
You will develop effective email marketing strategies for our clients delivering to their audience while producing high-impact email communications.
This position is perfect if you have a passion for learning about brands and their target audience, delivering high quality email strategy & communication, and thrive by driving costumer engagement.

Role responsibilities:
DESIGN AND CODE mobile responsive emails/templates from concept into functional designs and adhere to best practices
Set up dynamic content elements to create personalized emails at scale
QA and troubleshoot email campaigns across multiple platforms, browsers and email clients
Implement execution of email marketing campaigns and flows
Stay ahead of email marketing trends and be an ambassador for email marketing best
practices
Aid in the analysis and reporting of email marketing initiatives
Monitor email campaigns, verifying deliverability, open rate and overall campaign metrics
Troubleshoot coding issues and bugs related to marketing automation
Proactively define and communicate potential opportunities and risks with stakeholders
