Job Responsibilities
Manage daily email communication with customers?reply, follow-up, update info?
Handle customer inquiries through email & social media and WhatsApp
Search and identify potential leads from online platforms
Introduce products, provide solutions, and guide customers through the purchase process
Follow up with customers to improve response rate & conversion rate
Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the system
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent communication
Assist with simple reporting or marketing-related support when needed
Requirements
Secondary/SPM/'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent
Age 20 to 40
Experience in email communication / customer support / admin is preferred
Strong writing skills in English & Mandarin
Detail-oriented and able to organize customer information well
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
Basic computer literacy?Email?Office?typing skills?

Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
Able to work towards sales targets with consistency
Good team player with basic computer literacy
