Role: Email Security Architect Experience Level: 10-12 Years Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Implement and administration experience in email filtering, SMTP errors, DNS records - MX, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Quarantine, sandboxing, and related technologies.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on DMARC implementation
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignments
\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience in implementing DMARC for multiple business unit domains
\xc2\xb7 Complete understanding of SPF, DKIM and DMARC record and DNS protocols.
\xc2\xb7 Operational experience in supporting email spam filtering, phishing campaigns, quarantining, monitoring of Proofpoint Threat Attack Protection alerts, maintain and troubleshooting issues.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in implementation and administration of TRAP
\xc2\xb7 Have Knowledge in Preventing unwanted email with Adaptive Reputation, Prevent Spam with Anti-Spam Policies, Prevent Malware with Anti-Malware Policies, Spoofing, Mail flow policies, content filtering, Message filters etc.
\xc2\xb7 Expertise in handling all SMTP related tasks
\xc2\xb7 Monitor health status of TRAP
\xc2\xb7 Continues update of operational documents and root cause analysis for incidents
\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate effective leadership and subject matter expertise in security architecture to support our partners in technology and business
\xc2\xb7 Creation of principles based on strategy and from these principles, detailed technical requirements that enterprise architects, infrastructure engineers, and application developers can follow to ensure that systems and applications are appropriately protected
\xc2\xb7 Provide information security architecture leadership and consulting to business units for the development of solutions to manage information security risk, and also ensure that security capabilities are included in all aspects of our technology architecture.
\xc2\xb7 Design and implement security architecture advisory practices for the execution of projects, programs and corporate/business initiatives
\xc2\xb7 Initiate and support the discussions with stakeholders from IT, Audit, Regulatory Compliance, and other business units to identify & consolidate requirements. Experience: \xc2\xb7 In depth understanding on email protocols and network protocols
\xc2\xb7 Strong experience in design, architecture and management using on Proofpoint products \xe2\x80\x93 Email Security (POD), TAP, TRAP and EFD
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of threats related to email security \xe2\x80\x93 phishing, spam
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge on Incident, Change and Problem Management (ITIL) process Tools:

\xc2\xb7 Barracuda
\xc2\xb7 IronPort
\xc2\xb7 MS security tools Qualifications for security architect \xc2\xb7 Strong technical foundation in information, systems and network security space
\xc2\xb7 Ability to draft and present good quality design documentation.
\xc2\xb7 Operational experience in security (monitoring, analysis, prioritization)
\xc2\xb7 Experience in software security principals
