Reporting directly to the EMEA Ultrasound Marketing Head, this will be a key role in the development and successful execution of the Ultrasound Strategy across EMEA region. European talents are welcome with preference from Italy, UK, Germany, and France. The successful candidate will be a stakeholder for both upstream and downstream regional activities with a focus on the below key responsibilities. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will d evelop and own a Go To Market Toolkit to enable the roll-out and to drive a standard approach for each new product release in the GI portfolio. You will o wn the Competitive Intelligence at regional level for the GI segment in Ultrasound. You will own the Education strategy at regional level for the GI segment in Ultrasound . You will be m onitoring and managing new Products/Releases field response at regional level, including win/loss analysis, and sharing it with the Global team and Franchise to discuss feedback , prioritize next steps. You will b e a healthy contributor to keep a positive EMEA region-wide morale by supporting in creating a community-like feeling with monthly communication of win-loss trends for new releases, transparently sharing success and losses, as well as actions taken to support the various focus countries. You will be an EMEA reference person for product support requests received by the countries, ranging from tender specs to product deep dives which goes beyond the existing deliverables as well as any other product related enquiries on an on-demand basis. You will be the go-to person making sure the EMEA regional needs are captured in the future portfolio roadmaps, by providing qualitative & quantitative insights including priorities driven by business volume impact. Your qualifications and experience: You bring minimum 10 years of experience in Ultrasound with strong product know-how . You are f luent in business English. You have Empathy & Leadership skills: ability to provide clear direction and gain buy-in also when working with non-direct reports. You are a Team Player : \'Together W E Achieve More \' You are a Problem solver: focus on results delivery and able to navigate through a large matrix organization. You will be working with our latest technology! You are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.
