The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
:
Support the planning and execution of company-wide employee engagement events and initiatives (Eg: town halls, employee engagement events, team-building activities and cultural celebrations) Assist in coordinating event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Help create and distribute internal communications related to events and initiatives, such as invitations, announcements and updates Provide administrative and operational support to ensure engagement activities run efficiently Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationsRequirements:
Good problem solving & communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English Demonstrated creativity and passion for building positive workplace culture and employee experience * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility
