We are looking for a versatile and dedicated

Employer Branding Intern

to join our team. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to our HR & Marketing initiatives and functions with overall firm and group objectives and to take ownership to promote and build positive culture.

This position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

Support with marketing collaterals for campus programs, career fairs, and employee engagement initiatives Support with idea generation to execution for employer branding activities Assist in content creation for social media (Instagram & LinkedIn) and internal branding materials Coordinate branding logistics, event reporting, and vendor communication Research marketing & branding trends and benchmark our presence with competitors

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields Creative and passionate about branding and people engagement Good writing and communication skills Organized, proactive, and able to work on multiple projects Familiar with Canva or basic design tools is a plus
