Job Requirement:

SPM, STPM, Diploma/Degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Criminology, or related field

. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in background screening, HR, compliance, or recruitment is an advantage. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

; Mandarin or other languages is a plus. High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under strict timelines. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

and experience with screening platforms or CRM systems is an advantage. Strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform background checks and verification services such as:
1. Employment history verification

2. Education qualification checks

3. Credit checks (where applicable)

4. Reference checks Identity and address verification

Liaise with previous employers, educational institutions, referees, and other relevant sources to obtain accurate information. Review and assess documentation provided by candidates or clients for authenticity and completeness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and documentation in the internal system. Ensure timely completion of assigned screening tasks according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Escalate any discrepancies, red flags, or verification issues to the Team Leader or Manager. Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies, complying with legal and regulatory requirements. Communicate professionally with clients and candidates, responding to inquiries when needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless workflow and high service standards
