Job Description

Collaborate with category leaders, customers, and teams to craft strategies, negotiate, and improve performance. Strategic Sourcing & Category Management Partner with category managers and internal teams to develop and validate sourcing strategies. Lead sourcing events and supplier negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and service goals. Monitor supplier performance and collaborator happiness to ensure continuous improvement. Analyze sourcing trends and support supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting. Recommend ways to increase value through spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, and supplier innovation. Ensure contracts align with business goals, compliance standards, and supplier capabilities. Build positive relationships with internal partners to align procurement strategies with business needs. Collaborate across functions to improve supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience. 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier relationship management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proven success in category management and strategic sourcing. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. A collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
