Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated EMS Teacher to teach English, Mathematics, and Science to Grade 1 and Grade 2 students. The ideal candidate should be energetic, patient, and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English, Mathematics, and Science to Grade 1 and 2 students following the school curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments suitable for early primary students. Create engaging, hands-on, and age-appropriate activities to support learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive classroom environment. Support students' literacy, numeracy, and scientific thinking skills. Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates on student performance. Participate in school meetings, events, trainings, and professional development sessions. Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (specialization in English/Math/Science is an advantage). Experience teaching lower primary grades (Grade 1 or 2) is an advantage. Strong English proficiency (spoken and written). Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Skills & Competencies

Ability to teach young learners with patience and creativity. Strong knowledge of early literacy, numeracy, and foundational science concepts. Skill in designing interactive and age-appropriate activities. Ability to work collaboratively with the school team. Good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: RM2,050.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
