About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Support professional to assist in a critical Technology Refresh Project while supporting daily Business-As-Usual (BAU) endpoint operations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Intune, endpoint provisioning, compliance management, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute large-scale endpoint deployments using

Microsoft Intune

and automation tools. Configure, monitor, and enforce device compliance policies and security baselines. Coordinate and manage software, application, and patch deployment across endpoint devices. Troubleshoot endpoint and Intune-related issues, including log analysis and escalated user support. Work closely with project teams and BAU operations to ensure smooth device transitions and system stability. Maintain accurate documentation and support governance processes for endpoint management.

Requirements
