Sales Activities:
Promoting company products and services to customers during deliveries.
Identifying potential new sales opportunities and generating leads.
Answering customer inquiries regarding products and pricing.
Taking orders directly from customers, processing payments if applicable.
Building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Reporting any delivery issues or customer concerns.
Updating sales information and customer details to company clerks.
Driving and Delivery:
Safely operating a Van to transport goods to designated customer locations.
Loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling and security.
Checking delivery orders and verifying product quantities.
Route planning, planning the most efficient route to deliver goods on time.
Adhering to traffic regulations and company safety standards.
Maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation.
Vehicle maintenance, performing minor maintenance and arranging for major repairs.
Requirements:
Valid Vocational License(GDL Licence).
Basic digital literacy for managing delivery documentation.
Basic sales skills and ability to build customer relationships.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of local geography and route planning.
