• Engage regularly with worldwide customers to discuss customer requests and align on product requirements
• Work with engineering teams to translate product requirements/requests into a working plan
• Manage schedule, scope, resource, risks and drive towards best in class solution for customers
• Provide regular communication to customers and internal teams to ensure expectations are aligned

• BSEE or similar with 12yrs+ of experience in program management role within the semiconductor industry
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge in product development cycle (hardware and/or software)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
• Experience in interfacing internal and external teams in driving the right message
• Track record in delivering products timely with high quality
• PMP would be a plus
• Knowledge/experience in FPGA would be an added advantage
