The Engagement Manager serves as the key liaison between Client, the PMC team, and
stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment across all
project functions. The role involves managing engagement activities, progress updates, and
stakeholder satisfaction to support smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Coordinate project meetings, reporting, and documentation across all teams.
Support governance, progress reporting, and performance tracking.
Identify issues affecting collaboration and recommend resolution actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in the technology or project management industry.
Knowledge of the telecommunications business is an added advantage.
Diploma or Degree in Business Management or related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Independent, proactive, and team-oriented work attitude.
Sarawak citizens are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
