Engineer 1/ 2 - Equipment

Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct troubleshooting of equipment failure on production lines.
• Suggest changes in working methods or operation sequences in order to improve efficiency.
• Document standard operating procedures, training and certification specifications as well as causes of equipment failure.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

• Possess machine knowledge about sensor, pneumatic, motor, vision system and electrical system.
• Experienced in machine preventive maintenance.
• Experienced in data compilation and analyze for problem solving.
• Good machine troubleshooting skill and have hands on repair experience.
• Experienced in handling projects.
• Preferably in having experience on performing preventive maintenance at machine.
• Preferably in having hands on troubleshooting and repairing machine related issue and problem.
• Preferably in having experience on handling improvement project.
