Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize an AI Engineering platform to support Lenovo applications. Participate in delivering impactful Generative AI solutions for internal and external cases. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by continuously exploring emerging research, tools, and methodologies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into scalable, production-ready systems. Contribute to all phases of the AI model lifecycle, including development, fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience are also eligible to apply.

Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks like PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
+ Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative models.
+ Familiarity with Python ecosystem, such as Pytest, Django, and FastAPI.
+ Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
+ Comfortable working in Linux environments and adhering to Git-based development workflows.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
