Engineer / Asst. Engineer (Electrical)

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Electrical and Control Panel layout drawings Prepare bills of materials To be responsible for integration of both electrical and mechanical engineering work Install, start-up, perform testing and commissioning of electrical control panels at work and site. Provide operation and maintenance training to customers and co-workers. Should be able to prepare Operational and Maintenance manuals of the projects undertaken Troubleshoot and repair faulty delivery systems. Required to work independently on-site and in-house. Coordination work with owner, sub-contractors and vendors. Ensure customer expectations are met as per engineering standards. Ensure accurate and timely submission of the reports.

Requirements

Certificate PW2 / A1 & SKM Electrical - more 1 year experience Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Control System Engineering. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in designing and troubleshooting of Electrical Control Panels. Relevant experience in material handling equipment / weighing system, will be an added advantage. Hands-on relevant working experience on trouble shooting of such system will be preferred Able to understand Schematic/Electrical/mechanical diagram. Knowledge of Auto-CAD is a must. Should be familiar with MS Windows, excel etc. Possess good analytical ability and interpersonal skills Able to travel within short notice Able to communicate effectively in Malay & English is essential. Able to work independently with minimum supervision Valid class-B2,D & more, driving license will be preferred.
