Capacity Modelling: Develop, maintain and refine capacity models to project equipment needs. Equipment purchasing: Work with procurement teams to identify, evaluate and purchase necessary equipment that will support capacity ramps requirements and continuous improvement initiatives Data analysis: Utilize data-driven methodologies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas of improvement within the assembly and test processes. Collaboration: Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, procurement and engineering teams to align on capacity goals, equipment needs and budgetary constraints to reduce cost Continuous improvement: Implement and promote lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive efficiency improvements and waste reduction Forecasting: Collaborate with business and operation teams to understand demand forecasts and translate them into capacity needs Reporting: Regularly report on capacity status, equipment needs and project progress to senior management and escalate help needed. Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial engineering or related field from a reputed institution (Engineering, Data science, Computing are welcome to apply) Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns and make data-driven decisions Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with capacity planning tools, simulation software and statistical analysis Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings.
