- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years of working experience in injection molding, product development & production engineering
- Knowledge in plastic product (in both quality and engineering)
- Working in Engineering Section / Department
- Identifying and analyzing the root cause of problems.
- Improving the molding process to achieve consistent quality
- Providing technical advice and expertise to manufacturing processes
- Reviewing tooling contracts, mold designs and mold trials
- Working with designers, manufacturing engineers and planners to ensure on time delivery
- Ensuring strong systems are in place to prevent defects and reduce waste
- Excellent communication skill.
- Knowledge in 5S and experience in coodinating 5S team
