Job Description

• Coordinate with R&D and Factory teams to investigate product quality in the market.
• Ensure that manufactured units from the assigned production line meet QC specifications, thus fulfilling customer requirements.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Product Audit activities.
• Build relationships with R&D and Factory teams.
• Lead Product Audits, Capacity Tests, and reliability assessments.
• Establishment of the QC testing specification in the line key processes work instruction and quality planning for the new models planned to launch.
• Discuss and follow up on improvement activities for any non-conformances found during audits.
• Promote and instill safety, health, environmental, and quality awareness among the workforce.
• Communicate any key issues, especially regarding safety, environment, quality, and processes.
• Ensure that planned process and product audits adhere to established work instructions and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) from reputable education institution with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class upper
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Added advantage if possess basic knowledge in air conditioning.
